How we handle the files you send

Toolkit Studio is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through engagement files. Correspondence: hello@toolkitstudio.click, Level 9, 45 Placeholder Street, Kuala Lumpur 00000.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the engagement you selected, an optional preferred week, and your message. From a booked review: payout reports and subscriber extracts you choose to send. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use contact details to reply to a briefing request and to perform a contract once you book. Extracts are used only to produce the agreed briefing.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for twenty-four months. Identifiable subscriber rows are deleted within thirty days after the readout unless you instruct us to keep a redacted pack. Invoices are kept as required under Malaysian tax rules.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia. Write to hello@toolkitstudio.click. We respond within a month.

International transfers

Principals work in Malaysia. If a sitting is held by video, meeting metadata may pass through the video provider you agree to use. We will name that provider before the sitting. We do not sell lists.
