Renewal briefings
A quarterly sitting to reread first and second renewals after a price change, a new SKU, or a win-back campaign.
Price basis: RM 3,200 per briefing, billed per sitting · Typical span: Half day each quarter
After a health review, some publishers want a lighter reread when a new annual SKU ships or when a win-back code goes live. Each briefing uses the same cohort definitions we already agreed, so the charts do not quietly change meaning.
You send the latest payout file a week in advance. We meet for a morning, mark what moved, and leave a two-page addendum you can clip to the original briefing. Missed sittings can be moved once if you give five working days’ notice; see the refund page for deposits on unused dates.
This is not a retainer for unlimited questions. Email between sittings is for file logistics, not a second review.
