Terms of sitting

These terms govern reviews, studies, and briefings supplied by Toolkit Studio (“we”, “us”) to the person or company who books them (“you”). By sending a request, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept this page.

The work

We provide professional reading of subscription billing events and a written briefing or memo. We do not sell software, store access, or a licence to reproduce our tables as your own research product.

Intellectual property

Your extracts remain yours. The briefing we write is licensed to you for internal use, including board papers. You may not resell the briefing or present it as work produced by another firm. Our method notes and blank table structures remain ours.

Confidentiality

We treat payout files and subscriber extracts as confidential. After thirty days we delete identifiable rows unless you ask us in writing to retain a redacted pack.

Liability

We reconstruct from the files you supply. We are not liable for commercial decisions you take after a readout, nor for store policy changes, nor for missing columns you did not disclose. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you may have under Malaysian consumer law.
